Family Movie Night Returns
The challenge is simply finding something that everyone enjoys watching.
That’s why I’m happy to call attention to two companies that are making a big difference in family entertainment – Walmart and Procter & Gamble. These corporations are working to produce great family movies that are both highly entertaining and suitable for everyone. In other words, they’re making shows that our kids will love as much as we do. Their latest productions, A Walk In My Shoes will air December 3, 2010 on NBC at 8/7c and Change of Plans on January 8, 2011.
A Walk In My Shoes is a captivating drama that centers on two families, whose lives collide and create opportunities to see the world from new perspectives (see attached background page). Change of Plans tells the story of how a young married couple surprisingly finds fulfillment when they become legal guardians of four children – three of them from third-world countries. These are the type of movies that not only entertain, but also profoundly impact our outlook toward others. You won’t want to miss them.
As a mom, I’m always looking for reasons to bring our family together… And I’ve found that great family TV can do just that.
